Free Shipping is valid only to stock tattoo orders with over $12 of merchandise value. before taxes, (where applicable) sales tax applies to California addresses only.

Custom tattoos are shipped FedEx ground with a minimum $10.00 S&H charge.

REFUNDS
You may request a full refunds or exchange on any tattoo product from the date of purchase to 30 days after. For any refund or exchange to take place, you must first return the un-used or damaged product back to us at your own expense. Once the product is received we will then issue you a full refund minus shipping expenses, or exchange it for a different product of equal value.
